Should I buy a house in a high risk flood zone? - flood zones
We live in northern New Jersey and is a very nice house I'm considering my own.
is a high risk area a flood zone, and I have some doubt in a bid.
The house is impressive, though.
We plan to live for 5-10 years if we do?
the terrain is perfectly flat on a plot of 87 hectares.
there is no basement, but a division.
