I do not remember the implantation bleeding with any of my four pregnancies, but I always had bad times.

They talk apples and oranges. Implantation bleeding is a symptom of pregnancy, and may be periods of rain or not, what can be a symptom of fibriods, polyps, endometriosis, or a series of questions from other women. The two are independent.
